Do More Americans Believe in Aliens Than Jesus?

Religion Alien

A National Geographic survey conducted back in 2012 prior to the release of its “Chasing UFO’s” T.V series, revealed that over three quarters of those questioned believed that aliens had visited Earth. Over 1000 people took part in the otherworldly survey, 77 percent of whom said they think there are obvious signs that extra terrestrials have visited our planet.

Compare these results to those of a more recent 2013 Harris Poll however, which showed that a reduced 68% of people questioned believe that Jesus is the Son of God and we can see that orthodox religion may be losing it’s grip over the minds of the God-fearing masses to a more unorthodox, ‘out there’ opinion about who or what we ultimately answer to.

Yet, with more UFO sightings seemingly being captured and reported by the day, along with alien invasion increasingly being incorporated into all our major forms of entertainment, could there be a covert, concerted effort from ‘the powers that be’ to bring about a predominant belief in and acceptance of the possibility of extraterrestrial life on Earth and if so, for what purpose?

Are the apparent ‘elite’ rulers of this planet actually being directed by a greater unseen galactic influence, or are those in the positions of power actually extraterrestrials themselves as many widely ridiculed alternative researchers suggest?

Have aliens actually been visiting Earth for millennia and what the bible speaks of as ‘angels’ and ‘demons’ were really just advanced extraterrestrial, or even interdimensional beings, or is the concept of alien life merely a demonic illuminati delusion designed to draw us all away from the salvation of the single ‘supreme’ being?
