Founded by former Vogue art director Terry Jones in 1980, i-D is a London based, youth oriented fashion magazine known for its ‘innovative’ photography and in a recent online collaboration with Vice, that so called ‘innovation’ was proudly showcased for all to see.
Featuring scores of trendsetting symbolic single-eyed supermodels (including the current Clara Delevigne who can be seen here sporting an appropriate lizard headpiece to a party at Prince Charles’s house), the “A-Z of Wink!” brings the best of the magazine’s signature cover winks back to life, with a hypnotic helping hand from their epilepsy-inducing ‘coincidental’ inverted pentagram logo.
Harmless one-eyed fashion folly, or something slightly more sinister being subconsciously presented to the young supermodel supporters?
